Pricing & Rates I offer 2 hours free consultation at your home, office or at my office. Design charges, after first 2 hour consult, are $40.00 per hour rolled into purchase price. Deposit is 33%, successive payments spread out over construction process. Lead time 2 - 6 weeks Local Delivery - Free I am able to give a reasonably close estimate for any given project.
